Méthode
Muddle the fruit in the shaker, then add the remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine. Shake vigorously, then double-strain into a champagne flute and add the sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
Aqua-Cranberry
Ingredients
1 1/2oz AquaVice
Top Juice Can. White
3 Fresh frozen cranberries
1 sprig of rosemary
Method
Prepare and serve in a balloon glass with ice and garnish with cranberries and rosemary.


AqualaViceta Baby
Ingredients
12 mint leaves
1 1/2oz Bourbon
1 oz AquaVice
2/3oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
2 dashes of Angostura
Method
Muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a tall glass, then fill the glass with ice. Then, add the other ingredients and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Ingredients

3oz Prosecco
1/2oz Aquavice
1 1/2oz peach puree
2 dashes Bitter peach
Method
In a champagne flute, put the peach puree and
the AquaVice. Top up with bubbles.
** For the peach puree, take a fishing rod, grind and filter.


Ocean Breeze
Ingredients
14 mint leaves
1 1/2oz AquaVice
1/2 oz Chartreuse
1/2oz Lime Juice
1/3oz Simple Syrup
(2:1) Top Soda
Method
Clap the mint leaves together in your hands before adding them to a highball glass filled with ice. Add all the ingredients, finishing with the soda. Mix gently with a mixing spoon before garnishing with a sprig of mint.
Scandinavian Daiquiri
Ingredients
1 1/2oz AquaVice
3/4oz Lime Cordial
1/2oz Simple Syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients, then serve in a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge or slice.


Sea Foam
Ingredients
2oz AquaVice
3/4oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Method
Put all ingredients in a shaker without ice and
stir. Add ice to the shaker and stir.
new. Strain through a fine sieve and serve in an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
Frimarguerita
Ingredients
3/4oz AquaVice
3/4oz BeDirty
3/4oz Cointreau
1/2oz Lime Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, then double strain and serve in a chilled margarita glass with a half rim of salt and a lime wedge.


Nordic Summer
Ingredients
2oz AquaVice
1 oz Aperol
1oz Lime Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated lime.
Biting cold
Ingredients
7 mint leaves
1 1/2oz BeOrigin
1/2oz AquaVice
1 oz lemon juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
Method
Écraser la menthe avec le jus de citron dans le fond du shaker avant d'ajouter tous les autres ingrédients. Remuer vigoureusement, puis filtrer dans un verre old fashionned avec un gros glaçon.

Method
Shaker l'AquaVice, l'aperol et le jus de lime avant de double filtrer dans une coupe. Ajouter le soda et décoré d'une tranche d'orange déshydraté.
Norwegian paralesis

1 1/2oz White Rum
1 3/4oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2oz Orange Juice
1/4oz Orgeat Syrup
1/4oz Simple Syrup
Method
Stir all ingredients vigorously before straining into a tiki glass with citrus slices and pineapple leaves. Get creative with garnish and presentation.


First snow
Ingredients
6oz Apple White
1 1/2oz Aquavice
1oz Pear Vodka
1oz Lime Juice
1oz Simple Syrup
6 pear slices
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 dashes Bitter Peach
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice, except for the apple white. Strain into an ice-filled bowl, then add the apple white. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a pear slice.

Method
Stir, then serve the first three ingredients in a coupette, then gently pour in the grenadine and add 2 cherries.

Top Citrus Soda
Method
Serve in an old fashioned glass with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice.
