Aqua good love

1 1/2 oz AquaVice
3/4 oz Honey syrup (3:1)
6 Blueberries
6 Haskap Berries
Top Sparkling

Aqua-Cranberry

1.50 oz AquaVice
Top White Cranberry Juice

Garnish: Frozen cranberries and a sprig of rosemary

1.50 oz Whisky Origin
1.00 oz AquaVice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup (2:1) **
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
12 Mint Leaves

Garnish: A few mint leaves and a sprig of mint

In a shaker, add the simple syrup and the mint.
Gently crush the mint with the pestle to bring out its flavors.
Add the AquaVice, whisky and Angostura to the shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is thoroughly chilled.
In a Collins-style glass, add ice and a few mint leaves.
Double filter the contents of the shaker into the glass using the filter and the fine strainer.
Add the mint bouquet on top of the cocktail.
Enjoy!

3.00 oz Prosecco
1.50 oz Peach Puree*
2 dashes of Peach Bitter

Topping: None.

Ocean Breeze

1.50 oz AquaVice
0.50 oz Chartreuse
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.33 oz Simple Syrup (2:1)**
14 Mint Leaves
Top Soda

Garnish: A few mint leaves

Scandinavian Daiquiri

1.50 oz AquaVice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
0.50 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: File washer

Sea Foam

2.00 oz AquaVice
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.50 oz Simple Syrup (1:1) *
1 egg white or a few drops of emulsifier

Garnish: Bouquet of mint

Add all the ingredients to a shaker without ice.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Be careful, the pressure is high in the shaker without ice.
Repeat the last step, but this time add ice to the shaker.
Double filter the contents of the shaker into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice using the filter and the fine strainer.
Garnish with a sprig of mint on top of the mousse.
Enjoy!

0.75 oz AquaVice
0.75 oz BeDirty
0.75 oz Cointreau
0.50 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Half a rim of salt and a slice of lime.

Using a slice of lime, moisten the rim of a martini glass before adding salt. You can rim the entire glass or just halfway. Set aside.
In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is thoroughly chilled.
Double filter the contents of the shaker into the cup using the filter and the fine strainer.
Make a cut on the edge of the lime before adding it to the side of the glass.
Enjoy!

2.00 oz AquaVice
1.00 oz Aperol
1.00 oz Lime Juice

Garnish: Dried lime slice

Biting cold

1.50 oz BeOrigin
0.50 oz AquaVice
1.00 oz Lemon Juice
0.50 oz Simple Syrup (2:1) **
7 Mint Leaves

Garnish: A bunch of mint

In a shaker, add the simple syrup, lemon juice and mint.
Gently crush the mint with the pestle to bring out its flavors.
Add the AquaVice and BeOrigin to the shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is thoroughly chilled.
Add ice to an Old Fashioned glass. Tip: For a frosted effect, it's recommended to put the glass in the freezer a few hours before serving.
Double filter the contents of the shaker into the glass using the filter and the fine strainer.
Add the mint bouquet on top of the cocktail.
Enjoy!

1.50 oz AquaVice
1.50 oz White Rum
1.75 oz Pineapple Juice
0.50 oz Lemon Juice
0.50 oz Orange Juice
0.25 oz Orgeat Syrup
0.25 oz Simple Syrup (1:1) *

Garnish: Citrus slice, maraschino cherry and a pineapple leaf

First snow

1.50 oz AquaVice
1.00 oz Pear Vodka
6.00 oz Blanc de Pomme from the Somnambule cider house
1.00 oz Lime Juice
1.00 oz Simple Syrup (1:1) *
4 thin slices of pear
1 Sprig of Rosemary
2 dashes of Peach Bitters

Garnish: Citrus slice, maraschino cherry and a pineapple leaf

Midnight Sun

1.00 oz BeDirty
0.75 oz AquaVice
3.00 oz Orange Juice
0.50 oz Grenadine

Topping: Maraschino cherry

The Dove

1.50 oz BeOrigin
0.50 oz AquaVice
1.00 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.33 oz Lime Juice
0.50 oz Simple Syrup (1:1) *
Top Italian Citrus Soda

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

In a shaker full of ice, add BeOrigin gin, AquaVice, lime juice, simple syrup, and grapefruit juice.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is thoroughly chilled.
Double filter the contents of the shaker into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice using the filter and the fine strainer.
Add the Italian soda to the cocktail until the glass is full.
Garnish with the dehydrated orange slice.
Enjoy!
