Our BeOrigin Cocktails – Quebec

Ingredients

2 oz of BeOrigin gin

1 oz Love Tonic Monsieur Cocktail

10 drops of birch syrup

3 dashes of rhubarb bitters

Grapefruit zest, to garnish
Method
Place a large ice cube in an old-fashioned glass and pour in all the ingredients. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Cidre Chaud
Ingredients
2oz BeOrigin
3/4oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Honey Syrup
a pinch of ginger
Labrador tea
Pink pepper
Rosemary
Cardamom
Mint
Crushed chili
250 ml Apple cider
125 ml Water
Method
Méthode
Place all ingredients on the stovetop and heat until hot. Serve in a teacup and garnish with a few of the herbs.


Cold Cider
Ingredients
2oz BeOrigin
3/4oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Honey Syrup
A pinch of ginger
Labrador tea
Pepper
Pink
Rosemary
Cardamom
Mint
Crushed chili
Apple cider flavor
Method
Combine all ingredients except the cider in a shaker, shake vigorously, then pour into an old-fashioned glass and fill with cider. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Eve
Ingredients
1.5 oz BeOrigin gin
0.75 oz Monsieur Cocktail Blueberry Syrup
0.25 oz of Calvados
1 strawberry
0.25 oz fresh lime juice
Tonic
4 drops of violet syrup
Orange zest, to garnish
Method
Au fond d’un shaker, piler la fraise et ajouter tous les autres ingrédients sauf le tonic et le sirop de violette. Mélanger avec de la glace et filtrer au tamis dans un verre highball. Compléter avec le tonic. Ajouter le sirop de violette et décorer d’un zeste d’orange.


Eve's Temptation
Ingredients
2oz BeOrigin
1/2oz Cointreau
1/4oz Lime Juice
1/3oz Crème de Cassis
Method
Shaker le gin, le cointreau et le jus de lime. Double filtrer dans une coupe à martini refroidie. Ajouter la crème de cassis lentement pour qu'elle coule au fond et garnir d'une cerise.
Biting cold
Ingredients
7 mint leaves
1 1/2oz BeOrigin
1/2oz AquaVice
1 oz lemon juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
Method
Muddle the mint with the lemon juice in the bottom of the shaker before adding all the other ingredients. Stir vigorously, then strain into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.


Gin Mule
Ingredients

1 1/2oz Sirop Gingembre

3/4 oz Jus de lime

Soda Top
Method
Combine the ingredients directly into the ice-filled glass, stir lightly, add the soda and garnish with a mint leaf.
The Origin
Ingredients
1 oz of BeOrigin gin
0.5 oz Chartreuse
0.75 oz of Aperol
0.5 oz Monsieur Cocktail Lime Elixir
0.25 oz Bowmore
Lemon zest, to garnish
Method
Chill a glass with ice and the Bowmore, then discard when ready to serve. Add all other ingredients to a shaker and stir with ice. Strain through a fine sieve into the glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.


Original sin
Ingredients
2oz BeOrigin
4oz Eggnog
1/2oz Caramel Coulis
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 tsp EagleBrand Condensed Milk
Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender with
ice cream. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream,
caramel coulis and grated dark chocolate.
The Dove
Ingredients
1 1/2oz BeOrigin
1/2oz AquaVice
1oz Grapefruit juice
1/3oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
Top Citrus Soda
Method
Serve in an old fashioned glass with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice.
