Canadian Whisky - Quebec
Canadian whisky with subtle notes
Our distillery specializes in the development and production of spirits, including Canadian whisky. This is a grain alcohol that is fermented and then distilled in a copper still.
We allow the spirit to age for at least three years before bottling. Crafted with the expertise of our distillers, our artisanal whisky has everything it takes to delight lovers of fine Canadian whiskies.
The subtle notes of cereals remind you that this is indeed an authentic Quebec product.
We make a Canadian whisky with a strong personality to satisfy our loyal customers in Quebec
Bottle of high quality Canadian whisky
We craft our spirits from grain to bottle, ensuring the quality of our products. Our Canadian whiskies are crafted entirely using local wheat, rye, barley, and corn.
As in the development of our artisanal eau-de-vie and our artisanal gin , we select all the ingredients with the greatest care. We use the grains of our land and of the farmers of the region to highlight our terroir.
Located in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, our distillery is open for tastings and discovery tours .
Our distillery, located near Quebec, produces authentic Canadian whisky from A to Z.
