From the distillery's inception, showcasing Quebec's terroir through fine spirits has always been a priority. In the fall of 2025, after months of work, our first vodka was born. A triple-distilled vodka made from soft white wheat, distinguished by its purity and elegance.

A vodka with an inimitable character
On the nose, delicate notes of fresh cereals, sweet sugar, and brioche are revealed. On the palate, the texture is silky and rounded, offering a clean and balanced sensation, without any harshness. The finish is smooth and enveloping, revealing hints of red fruit and vanilla.
Ideal for tasting on its own, it also shines in cocktails, where it brings structure and purity without ever dominating the other ingredients.
