  • 2.00 oz Portneuf Whisky

  • 1.00 oz Gingerbread Syrup*

  • 0.50 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 egg white or a few drops of emulsifier

 

Filling: Small gingerbread biscuit

Whisky Eggnog

  • 1.50 oz Whisky Origin

  • 250 ml Eggnog

 

Garnish: Cinnamon stick and ground cumin
